Upload a list, write the script, set the sending hours and speed, and every reply comes back to one inbox.
Import a CSV and map the columns; each becomes a merge field. Up to 20 rotating scripts with spintax, a sending window for each day of the week and a sends-per-minute speed.
Up to 10 images per campaign, placed in the script with a token. Each image is 3 credits plus the text credits for a caption.
Every text reply and voicemail callback lands in one shared inbox. Search it, filter by campaign or tag, keep notes, and reply with a saved template or a picture.
Drip sequences send timed steps after a subscribe, the last message or a reply. Chase follow-ups text the contacts who went quiet, from the same number and thread. Keyword auto-replies answer the common questions.
The FCC's TCPA rules require prior express written consent for autodialed marketing texts, and any business texting from a 10-digit number must register with The Campaign Registry. BestText files the registration, offers the DNC scrub at upload and records every opt-out the moment it arrives. Consent rules: our TCPA compliance guide for texting.
You submit the brand (legal name, EIN, address, vertical) and the campaign (use case, sample messages, opt-in URL) once. As our own campaign service provider (CSP) and a TCR-registered provider, we register both with The Campaign Registry and attach the campaign to your numbers. Steps: 10DLC registration.
Tick "Scrub DNC Numbers" and the list is checked against national and state DNC registries and known-litigator data. Every blast is checked again at send time against your own DNC list.
"Validate Phone Numbers" drops invalid numbers and landlines. "Check Carrier Status" asks the network whether each number is still connected and removes the confirmed dead ones; a failed lookup is not billed.
Fourteen keywords are on from day one, STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT among them, plus any you add. A match opts the contact out, stops their drips and follow-ups, and is flagged in the inbox.
Monthly-plan vendors sell 500 messages for $20 to $29 a month, then add extras that vary by vendor: a number fee, a 10DLC campaign fee, an overage rate. BestText sells credits: 1 credit per SMS segment, $0.022 per credit on every package, no plan to pick. Prices verified October 17, 2026.

Credits stay $0.022 at every package size, so there is no volume discount to chase; the largest tiers those vendors publish work out to about $0.014 to $0.025 per text. A 3% card processing fee applies by default on credit packages, as its own invoice line. Full breakdowns: SMS marketing pricing, 10DLC fees, Textedly pricing and SimpleTexting pricing.
SMS, MMS and ringless voicemail run from one login and share the same lists, inbox, DNC and opt-out lists, and reports. Each campaign is one channel, so a text campaign and a voicemail campaign run side by side on the same list. Compare them on SMS vs ringless voicemail or start at the ringless voicemail hub.
Upload and scrub a list once. Text it from the SMS campaign and drop a voicemail to it from the RVM campaign; opt-outs from either apply to both.
Upload an MP3 or WAV, or type a script and generate the voice. A caller who presses 2 on the callback menu goes onto your Do Not Call list.
Callbacks and transfers appear as conversations next to your text replies, flagged as a callback, a transfer or a DNC request. Drops bill from a separate cash balance: ringless voicemail pricing.
Federal law sets the consent floor, states add their own windows and penalties, and the carriers decide what gets delivered. Each layer has its own guide.
Autodialed marketing texts need the recipient's prior express written consent, and a reply of STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE revokes it. Statutory damages are $500 per violation, up to $1,500 if a court finds it willful or knowing. Read Is it legal to text customers? and Is cold texting illegal?.
Florida makes a recipient reply STOP and give the sender 15 days before suing over text solicitations. Texas SB 140, in force since September 1, 2025, puts text messages inside its telephone solicitation law and its registration ($200 plus $10,000 in security, unless an exemption applies). Guides: Florida and Texas.
